Yields: 10 Servings
8 ounce Cream cheese softened
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
3/4 cup Heavy cream
2 drops Green Food Coloring
1 capfull Peppermint Extract
1 small bag Candy Canes crushed
I N S T R U C T I O N S
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioners sugar until well mixed.
Slowly add heavy cream to mixture until you get a smooth, creamy mixture (do not over mix)
Add green food coloring and Mint extract. Mix for a few minutes until completely combined
Pour mixture into a piping bag and top your favorite cupcake, sugar cookie, or brownie>
