October is here, and it's time to start planning your outfit for All Hallows' Eve! There's nothing worse than having the same costume as someone else (we'll no doubt see a LOT of Sarah Palin this year!), so here's a list of helpful hints AND a few links to help you get inspired!
-It's an election year... unless you like getting heckled, steer clear of all things political
-Keep your activities in mind when planning your accessories (Do you REALLY want to go trick-or-treating in 4-inch heels and angel wings?)
-Homemade always trumps store-bought... get inspired by something you see online, then make it your own
-Get the whole gang involved- you never go wrong with a group theme... the cast of "Gilligan's Island" or the Ninja Turtles ALWAYS have a good time!
-Don't be afraid to try something different!
